When I decided that I needed an arena, I was thinking of what I could build it out of that wouldn’t cost me anything. I remembered seeing an ad in the newspaper ‘free tyres delivered’ so I rang around until I found the company who delivered them. They’re just seconds from a car tyre place. Free, easy and if I get thrown, I’ll bounce right off them. (I’ll bruise, but better than being thrown into a metal fence). Winter – No, not a Australian thing at all.
